About the Firm:
Windham Capital Management, LLC was founded in 1988 and specializes in currency management, asset allocation and risk management. Windham co-manages approximately $20 billion in currency overlay strategies for institutional clients and also offers global macro and currency hedge fund products.
Windham is looking for an individual to join the research and development group. The individual will participate in all aspects of our R&D group including research and construction of IT-based tools and strategies to support our advisory and asset management services.
Job responsibilities:
- Research and
development of enhancements to our asset allocation and risk management
software
- Research and development of asset management strategies

Provide support to internal and external clients
- Meet with internal and
external clients to develop specifications for product enhancements
- Assist
in the further development of Windham’s internal portfolio management
systems
Candidate requirements:
- Advanced degree
in finance, economics or related field
- Strong software development skills
(Windows .NET C++ preferred)
- Attention to detail and effective time
management skills
- Strong general computer skills (Excel, Access, Visual
Basic)
- Matlab experience preferred
