Job: Quantitative Analyst

We are currently building out our quantitative research team and have an excellent opportunity for a Quantitative Analyst.  We are looking for someone with the ability to make a real impact on the team, and our products.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Utilize econometric and statistical theory to research, collect, organize and interpret financial data 
• Design and develop equity trading strategies
• Back-test existing and new trading strategies by computer simulations using historical market data
• Calibration of global equity impact models
• Volatility & Risk modeling

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or equivalent with outstanding academic achievement in Statistics, Mathematics or other quantitative discipline
• 3 plus years practical experience in the financial markets with real world complex modeling expertise
• Proficiency in C++
• Intellectually curious individual with a demonstrated creative approach to problem solving
• Must be resourceful, self-motivated, and an innovative thinker
